The Iris Caddis developed by Craig Matthews is not a traditional looking caddis pattern. At first glance, one might completely dismiss this pattern. Please do not make this mistake. This is such an effective caddis pattern, it would be foolish to not have a row in your fly box dedicated to this pattern.
